Saint Louis, MO: March 06, 2013

Launched just over four months ago, the Maryland Heights Convention and Visitors Bureau launched their website just in time for the holiday season. Almost immediately, traffic to the website and calls to the Visitors Bureau came pouring in. Surrounding businesses showed heavy traffic over the holidays with many business owners expressing gratitude for the renewed attention.

Centrally located in the heart of West St Louis County, Maryland Heights is eight minutes from Lambert International Airport, 10 minutes from historic St. Charles, and 15 minutes from Forest Park – home of the Saint Louis Zoo, Science Center, Art Museum, and the History Museum. Maryland Heights, Missouri is accessible by nearby major highways allowing visitors to enjoy all St Louis has to offer.

Whether it’s looking for directions to the Hollywood Casino, needing restaurant choices at Westport Plaza, requesting information for lake rentals on Creve Coeur Lake, or needing to see a calendar of events about the performances at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, the Maryland Heights Convention and Visitors Bureau will help.

In addition to Kenny Chesney and the Eli Young Band performing on June 27, Maryland Heights is proud to promote the musical \’Anything Goes\’ at the Fabulous Fox Theater on June 9 and the Muny\’s 2013 season, beginning with Monty Python\’s Spamalot (June 17-23).

The Maryland Heights CVB’s new website allows for easy travel plans: whether it’s a spontaneous romantic evening, a girlfriend’s weekend getaway, or a family reunion in Maryland Heights. The landing page offers a fresh, contemporary, easy to navigate approach; in addition, if you’re viewing the site from a laptop, tablet, or smart-phone, the responsive design will automatically fit to the appropriate screen size. At your fingertips, you can get directions, maps, coupons, reservations, hotel accommodations, calendar of events, links to websites, hours of operation, show times, ticket prices, and visitor guides.
